ClearView Charlotte provides professional window cleaning, pressure washing, Christmas lights and related exterior property maintenance services. Specific services, pricing, and scope of work will be agreed upon prior to service, either in writing, by phone, or online.
2. Estimates & Pricing
- All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of quoting.
- Prices may change if the scope of work differs upon arrival (e.g., additional buildup, accessibility issues, or unreported conditions).
- Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins whenever possible.
3. Scheduling & Access
- Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to all service areas on the scheduled service date.
- This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and ensuring gates or access points are unlocked.
- Failure to provide access may result in a rescheduling fee.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Weather-related rescheduling will be handled at no charge.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service suspension.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address the issue.
7. Property Condition & Liability
- Customers are responsible for notifying us of fragile surfaces, pre-existing damage, loose fixtures, or special care requirements.
- ClearView Charlotte is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing conditions
- Improper installation of windows, siding, roofing, or fixtures
- Deteriorated or weakened surfaces
- Pressure washing may expose existing flaws such as oxidation, peeling paint, or rot.
8. Water & Utilities
Customer agrees to provide access to water and electricity (if needed) at no additional charge unless otherwise stated.
9. Safety & Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- Conditions are unsafe for our technicians
- The property poses a risk of damage or injury
- Customer behavior is abusive or inappropriate
10. Weather Conditions
Some services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions.
11. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of ClearView Charlotte and may not be used without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearView Charlotte shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
